Established in 1962, Marina Sailing is a full service sailing club with six convenient harbor locations in Southern California. Our knowledgeable staff is committed to doing everything possible to accommodate our members. YOUR FLEET

Located in six beautiful harbors, our diverse fleet has a boat that's ideal for every sailing adventure. Whether you want to catch a couple of relaxing hours in the afternoon or plan a weekend trip with friends, Marina Sailing has the perfect boat, the best equipment and the most affordable rates.

Sailboats range in size from 20 to 51 ft. in length. Smaller sailboats are also available for hourly rentals at low rates. Marina Sailing also has a few power boats, ideal for fishing or for a quick trip to the islands. Each ocean craft is impeccably maintained and fully equipped for cruising. You may select from a variety of popular late-model boats with marine barbecues, fully equipped galleys, inflatable dinghies, wheel steering, stereos, hot showers, furling genoas, inboard diesels, and a complete array of marine electronics.

For your added convenience, you can take sailing lessons and charter sailboats from six Marina Sailing harbor facilities. Located at Channel Islands Harbor, Marina del Rey, Redondo Beach, Long Beach, Newport Beach and San Diego, each site offers a uniquely appealing sailing area.

Beginning sailors are invited to take advantage of our special "Complete Sailing Course" package, offered exclusively by Marina Sailing. You also earn two American Sailing Association certifications (ASA 101 & ASA 103.) These sailing goals are recognized at charter companies throughout the world as proof of sailing competency. All Marina Sailing instructors are ASA Certified so you can be assured of the highest quality of training. This course also meets the standards set by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators and the U.S. Coast Guard for safe boating courses.   • Marina Sailing Membersip regular price $395, now $295 for a limited time. - (This fee is waived for Complete Sailing Course students.)
  • Quarterly Dues $90
    Experienced Sailors: marina sailing certification (sailtest) is $75- $125 depending on boat size and is waived for highly experienced sailors.
    New Sailors: Complete Sailing Course regular price $795, now $695 (Includes $295 Membership!)

All Marina Sailing instructors are ASA certified.
